Delete Your Account

The quickest way to delete your Box Walks account is directly within the app:

1. 1.Open the Box Walks app and sign in.
2. 2.Navigate to the Account screen.
3. 3.Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are unable to access the app, or if you have a more specific request, you can contact our privacy team directly at [email protected] for any of the following:

• ›Full account deletion — permanent removal of your account and all associated data.
• ›Partial deletion — removal of specific data while retaining your account.
• ›Data correction — rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
